Here’s the latest:

• On June 2, the Portland City Council’s Community and Public Safety Committee held its first hearing on our Portland Psychedelic Health & Safety Act. The hearing was very positive, with strong public participation, supportive testimony, and constructive engagement from Council members and staff.
• We are now working to schedule the Committee’s vote for sometime in July. Approval by the Committee would advance the Act to a full City Council hearing and vote, bringing us one major step closer to passing this policy once and for all.
